Came across an interesting resource: a Flash-based e-learning module to help you better understand the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act. It’s pretty cool — you can view a demo version by clicking here. It’s from a company called Kineo, who specialize in custom e-learning (and also offer a whole pile of links to free tools and information for those who are trying to set up their own e-learning program on a tight budget).

Even better, you can get your own copy of the code for the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act training module, which you can customize with your own company logo, so you can make it available to your own managers and supervisors for internal training.

Best of all, you can get this customizable code for free. Seriously sweet.
