July 13 – T-Day in Massachusetts

Just a quick reminder if you’re doing business and have employees in Massachusetts. Effective July 13, a new provision of the state’s wage and hour laws take effect: mandatory triple damages for violations of wage and hour statutes. Maybe this would be the time to call your lawyer and arrange a wage and hour audit, just to make sure you’re in the clear?
