Pro Bono Partnership’s Employment Law Guide for Nonprofits
Nonprofits are not exempt from wage and hour regulations and other aspects of employment law. This guide covers New York and Connecticut, but may have useful general information for nonprofits located elsewhere. An excellent, even crucial bit of advice from the Nonprofit Law Blog is to not simply rely on the Guide but also seek the advice of an employment law specialist.
