New Wage and Hour Acting Administrator

In a press release dated January 8, 2008, the US Department of Labor announced Alexander J. Passantino has been named as acting administrator of the Wage and Hour Division.
He first joined the U.S. Department of Labor in November 2005 as a senior policy advisor. Before joining the Department of Labor, Passantino was an associate at Hunton and Williams LLP.
